That's right, Camden is one busy child. He has been so goofy lately and is usually trying to make us laugh. He has started to get a sense of humor and will say and do funny things. His new things is doing funny walks around the house - hunched over, jumping as he walks, etc. He likes playing the "Where is Camden?" game and will try to hide from us or will back up against a wall when we need to leave the house or change his diaper. Even if he wants to do those things he thinks it's hilarious to have us find him. Speaking of changing diapers we are one step closer to potty training. He tells us every time he poops. We are not going to start training until a few months after the baby is born but at least he is on his way. He will sit on his potty but has no idea what to do once he is on there! Camden loves going to the park and will say "slide and swings" when we mention going or if we pass a playground in the car. He also knows when we pull into the HEB parking lot and says "ball" because he gets a voucher to get a plastic bubble with points in it from a machine at the end of the trip. The points add up and he can get stuff with them but all he cares about is the ball.
Camden has been talking a lot lately. He has so many words and is starting to put two words together. He has a great memory too! I am amazed by him at what he can say and what he can remember. His favorite word is "no" followed by "Daddy" at a close second.
Camden is a typical toddler, I would think. He wants to be independent one day and the next day all he wants is for Mommy to hold him and do things for him. He thinks he knows what he wants but can't express it. Or he actually has no idea. Toddlerhood is a challenge but is also a lot of fun!
Here are some pictures from a few weeks ago when it was cold outside. We bundled up and went in the yard to play.
